Terry Naughtin
Terry Naughtin is the Shed’s go-to model maker and resident laser wizard, happily turning wild ideas into finely crafted reality on the laser engraver. Before we nabbed him, Terry did serious grown‑up work in agriculture and development, including projects linked to the World Bank, but these days he seems much happier covered in sawdust and carefully lining things up on the laser.
When he’s not helping us, Terry can often be found around the Ballina Naval and Maritime Museum, fussing over boats and maritime history and generally keeping local stories afloat. Between his international background and his eye for detail, he brings just the right mix of brains and hands‑on know‑how to the Shed, especially for jobs that need patience, precision and a dash of creativity.
